CLIENT WITH DEBT OF APPROXIMATELY $120,000.00

A client with an estimated debt of approximately $120,000.00 visited our office to file for bankruptcy. The client was recently laid off by the MTA and his was home was in foreclosure. He was receiving unemployment benefits but was unable to continue making his credit card payments. Our office worked diligently with the client and managed to get his debt discharged. He was even able to keep his unemployment benefits.

With a debt of approximately $108,000.00, a couple consulted our office to file a joint bankruptcy. These particular clients owned their own home as well as two cars. With help from our law office, their debt was discharged and the couple was able to keep their home and cars.
